FLEX Billing Information

The information below will help answer some of the most frequently asked questions about FLEX Curriculum billing and cancellation.

What happens to my classes if I cancel my FLEX subscription?

You can cancel your FLEX Curriculum subscription at any time from your account page. Once canceled, you will no longer have access to any FLEX Curriculum content. However, if you ever decide to resubscribe to FLEX, you’ll be able to pick up right where you left off. 

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. FLEX Curriculum works best as an ongoing subscription, but you are entirely free to subscribe and unsubscribe at any time.

How and when will you charge my credit card?

Upon purchase, we will immediately bill your credit card for one month or one year, depending on whether you chose monthly or annual billing. If you selected monthly billing, we will bill your credit card on a monthly, recurring basis on the same day each month until you cancel your subscription or your credit card expires. If you selected annual billing, we will bill your credit card on a yearly, recurring basis on the same day of each year until you cancel your subscription or your credit card expires.

How do I stop the automatic billing on my credit card?

To stop automatic billing on your credit card, you can do one of three things:

Cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Billing will cease immediately upon cancellation.

Change your billing preferences to a different credit card.

We will stop billing your current card, and future billing will occur on your new card.

Switch to purchase order payments.

We do accept payments via purchase order. To pay via purchase order, you will need to select the annual billing option. All purchase order billing is done annually, and your payment is due one month after the subscription initiation.

What if my credit card expires?

If your credit card expires, we will send you an email notification to update your credit card information. If you do not update your credit card information within one week of notification, you will lose access to FLEX until your card is updated and your subscription is reinitiated.

What if I already have an account with AOEU and my school purchases FLEX?

If your school purchases a FLEX subscription after you’ve already bought one for yourself, you can choose if you’d like to switch to the school subscription or not. If you do, your school will take over your annual payment.
