# Didn’t Receive Art Ed NOW Conference Emails?
## If you haven’t received any emails about the Art Ed NOW Conference, don’t worry, they may just be in a different part of your inbox.
#### **1. Check Other Tabs or Folders**
Many email providers (like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo) automatically sort incoming emails into tabs or folders such as:
- **Promotions**
- **Social**
- **Updates**
- **Spam or Junk**
Please check these folders or tabs to see if your Art Ed NOW emails are there.
> **Tip:** In Gmail, look under the “Promotions” or “Social” tabs — that’s where conference emails often land.
#### **2. Search for the Email**
Try searching for one of these terms in your inbox:
- "Art Ed NOW"
- "The Art of Education"
- "info@theartofeducation.edu
This can help locate the message if it was filtered or archived automatically.
#### **3. Mark as “Not Spam” or “Move to Primary”**
If you find the email in Promotions or Social:
- Open the message.
- Click the **three dots (⋮)** or **“Move to”** option.
- Choose **“Move to Primary”** (or “Inbox”) to ensure future messages go directly to your main inbox.
If you find the email in Promotions or Social:
- Open the message.
- Click "Report not Spam."
- The message should move into your inbox.
#### **4. Add Us to Your Contacts**
To prevent this from happening again, add our address to your email contacts: info@theartofeducation.edu
This helps your email provider recognize us as a trusted sender.
