Teacher Account vs. Administrator Account

There are two account types: Teacher and Administrator

A teacher account is used by anyone who plans to use AOEU resources personally. If you're a district representative purchasing on behalf of someone else (1–2 teachers), each teacher will need their own personal AOEU user account. 

An administrator account is used by a district representative who plans to purchase AOEU resources on behalf of a group (three or more art teachers).  

Personal Account vs. School District Account

If you already have an AOEU account associated with your personal email (example: Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) but are not seeing the resources your district purchased on your behalf, your administrator has likely set up an account with your school-associated email. 

School District Purchase

School district accounts are typically associated with your school-associated email.

If your district has purchased AOEU resources on your behalf, please:

  1. Check your school email for a welcome message from AOEU. (Don’t forget to double-check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find it!)
  2. Reach out to your district administrator for instructions on how to access your account.
