Grade Processing and Timeline

Learn when you will receive your final grade following completion of a graduate course.

Final grades are posted to the student portal ten calendar days after the course end date. 

  • Students who completed courses with AOEU as the institution of record can download an unofficial transcript and order an official transcript as soon as final grades are posted. 
  • Students who completed courses through a partnership institution must request official transcripts from the institution of record and should allow an additional 3-5 days after grades are posted for processing. 
  • Degree-seeking students who take courses through partnership institutions should allow an additional 3-5 days after grades are posted for courses to be transferred onto degree transcripts from The Art of Education University.
