How Do I Access My Receipts and Invoices?

Learn how to access Receipts and Invoices for FLEX, PRO, or the Curriculum Suite

  1. Log in to your AOEU account.
  2. Click on the “Hi, Your Name” in the upper right corner. 
    • If you see “Menu” here instead, click that, then look for your name in the bottom center of your screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile to view your Subscriptions & Events. Here, you will see your current subscriptions and purchased NOW Conferences. 
    • If you do not have a current subscription, you will have the option to learn more about what we have to offer! 
  4. Click either “Manage Subscription” or “View billing & Purchase History” to access the Customer Billing Portal.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of your Customer Portal screen. To view your invoice, click on the arrow for any purchase. Your invoice opens in a separate window.
  6. You can choose to download an invoice or a receipt for the purchase from this screen. You can also “View Invoice Details” directly from this screen. Close this window when you are ready to return to your Customer Portal.
  7. Click “Return to The Art of Education” to return to your AOEU Profile.
