Learn how to update or change your payment methods in the Customer Billing Portal
- Log in to your AOEU account.
- Click on the “Hi, Your Name” in the upper right corner.
- If you see “Menu” here instead, click that, then look for your name in the bottom center of your screen
- If you see “Menu” here instead, click that, then look for your name in the bottom center of your screen
- Scroll to the bottom of your profile to view your Subscriptions & Events. Here, you will see your current subscriptions and purchased NOW Conferences.
- If you do not have a current subscription, you will have the option to learn more about what we have to offer!
- Click either “Manage Subscription” or “View billing & Purchase History” to access the Customer Billing Portal.
- In the Customer Billing Portal, click on the Pencil to change your default payment method.
- From this screen, you can choose another payment method already saved in your account. Once chosen, click “Update.” The changes are automatically updated in the Customer Billing Portal.
- You can add a payment method from this screen too. Click “Add payment method,” enter your payment information, and click “Update.” These changes will be automatically updated in your Customer Billing Portal.
- Click “Return to The Art of Education” to return to your AOEU Profile.
