How Do I Manage My Payment Methods?

Learn how to update or change your payment methods in the Customer Billing Portal

  1. Log in to your AOEU account.
  2. Click on your initials in the top right, then choose Profile.
  3. Navigate to "Subscriptions & Events". Click “Manage Subscription” to access the Customer Billing Portal.
  4. In the Customer Billing Portal, click on the Pencil to change your default payment method.
  5. From this screen, you can choose another payment method already saved in your account. Once chosen, click “Update.” The changes are automatically updated in the Customer Billing Portal.
  6. You can add a payment method from this screen too. Click “Add payment method,” enter your payment information, and click “Update.” These changes will be automatically updated in your Customer Billing Portal.
  7. Click “Return to The Art of Education” to return to your AOEU Profile.
