How Do I Manage My Payment Methods?

Learn how to update or change your payment methods in the Customer Billing Portal


  1. Log in to your AOEU account.
  2. Click on the “Hi, Your Name” in the upper right corner. 
    • If you see “Menu” here instead, click that, then look for your name in the bottom center of your screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile to view your Subscriptions & Events. Here, you will see your current subscriptions and purchased NOW Conferences. 
    • If you do not have a current subscription, you will have the option to learn more about what we have to offer! 
  4. Click either “Manage Subscription” or “View billing & Purchase History” to access the Customer Billing Portal.
  5. In the Customer Billing Portal, click on the Pencil to change your default payment method.
  6. From this screen, you can choose another payment method already saved in your account. Once chosen, click “Update.” The changes are automatically updated in the Customer Billing Portal.
  7. You can add a payment method from this screen too. Click “Add payment method,” enter your payment information, and click “Update.” These changes will be automatically updated in your Customer Billing Portal.
  8. Click “Return to The Art of Education” to return to your AOEU Profile.
