Earning a master’s degree requires significant commitment, and AOEU understands the financial stress that can accompany it. It’s an investment in yourself and your professional future that can lead to exciting opportunities and growth. Most students use the pay-as-you-go model, purchasing one course at a time. The timeline is flexible, so you can take courses when it makes sense with your schedule and finances. Other students leverage district funds like salary advancement and tuition reimbursement. After determining your [return on investment](https://theartofeducation.edu/masters-degree-return-on-investment-calculator), you can learn more about how to fund your Master's degree [here](https://theartofeducation.edu/masters/admissions/financial_aid/).
