How to Access PRO and FLEX When You Have Multiple AOE Accounts

Many districts require that the PRO and FLEX licenses they purchase for their teachers be associated with a school email.

You may already have an AOE account associated with a personal email address. If this is the case, AOE will create a new account using your school email when your PRO or FLEX license is assigned.

If your district purchased PRO and/or FLEX for the art teachers in your district, please follow these steps to get logged in:

  1. Visit the AOE website.
  2. Click Login in the upper right corner.
  3. Log in to your account on the right side of the screen with your school email and password or with the Continue With Google, Clever, or ClassLink options.
    1. Note: Reset your password from the login screen if needed. You’ll receive an email with steps to create a new password.
  4. Once logged in, launch FLEX to get started with the curriculum platform or PRO to explore the professional development resources.
