How to Access the Customer Billing Portal

Learn how to log into your new Customer Billing Portal from your AOEU account.

  1. Log in to your AOEU account.
  2. Click on the “Hi, Your Name” in the upper right corner. 
    • If you see “Menu” here instead, click that, then look for your name in the bottom center of your screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile to view your Subscriptions & Events. Here, you will see your current subscriptions and purchased NOW Conferences. 
    • If you do not have a current subscription, you will have the option to learn more about what we have to offer! 
  4. Click either “Manage Subscription” or “View billing & Purchase History” to access the Customer Billing Portal.
  5. The Customer Billing Portal displays your current subscriptions, your upcoming renewal date, the cost of your subscription, and your credit card information. All of this information is updated and managed from this portal. Our Customer Billing Portal is operated through Stripe.
