Training Options
Initial Product Training - 1 Hour
This online training is designed to provide teachers with everything they need to get started using the products, including logging in, how to navigate the website, how to find specific content, and how to utilize various features for implementation. This helps increase teacher engagement and ensures they have everything they need to be successful.
Initial Product Training (for Site License Districts) - 1 Hour
This online training is designed specifically for general education teachers and paraprofessionals who have been tasked with teaching art. The session will walk participants through everything they need to confidently get started, including how to log in, navigate the platform, find ready-to-use lessons, and use key features to support planning and instruction. The goal is to make teaching art more manageable and accessible, ensuring educators have practical tools and clear next steps to feel successful in their role.

Deep Dive Into FLEX + PRO - 1 Hour
Deep Dive into FLEX + PRO is an interactive, implementation-focused training designed for returning districts ready to move beyond the basics. In this session, educators intentionally explore advanced features, deepen their understanding of how the platforms work together, and strengthen instructional decision-making and curriculum alignment. With facilitated exploration and dedicated work time, participants will walk away with actionable strategies ready for immediate implementation.

What's New in FLEX + PRO? - 30 Mins
This 30-minute session is designed specifically for experienced FLEX Curriculum and PRO Learning users who already feel confident navigating both platforms. Go beyond the basics with an insider look at the newest features, enhancements, and hidden gems that can enrich your teaching experience and deepen your use of AOE’s resources.
Each session highlights the latest updates and recently released features, offering practical insights and inspiration for how these tools can support your classroom practice. Participants will have time to explore the platforms live, ask questions, and connect directly with AOE experts during an open Q&A.
Training Best Practices
To ensure a smooth training experience, here are some helpful tips!:
✅ A Zoom link will be provided for you. You won’t need to download an app or create an account. Simply click the link provided to you to join.
✅ Each participant should bring their own device
✅ Please have a stable internet connection and quiet space for focus and engagement
✅ If all of your teachers will be in one room, Please have one laptop or desktop set up with a webcam and audio. For the best group experience, connect your computer to a screen to project the training. Test audio to ensure everyone will be able to hear the presentation.
✅ If your teachers will be joining from multiple locations, ensure they all have the Zoom link to join. We recommend they turn their cameras on and keep microphones muted unless asked to unmute.
