Problems With a Course Platform

These five steps solve most issues with the learning platform, Brightspace.

If you have tech trouble in your course in Brightspace, these few steps solve many common issues! 
  1. Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome.
  2. Log out of Brightspace and your AOEU account and then log back in.
  3. Clear your cache.
  4. Run a system check in Brightspace.
  5. Restart your computer or try a different device.
