# Tech Troubleshooting
## Follow the steps below to resolve common technical issues in Brightspace and other course tools.
### **Troubleshooting Issues in Brightspace**
If you encounter technical issues in Brightspace, please try the following steps.
1. Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of [Google Chrome](https://www.google.com/chrome/).
2. Log out of Brightspace and your AOEU account, and then log back in.
3. [Clear your cache](https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser).
4. Run a system check in Brightspace by clicking here: [Brightspace System Check](https://learn.theartofeducation.edu/d2l/systemcheck)
5. Restart your computer or try a different device.
